After being licensed since 2018 (while an active duty, sworn police officer) The Massachusetts State Police Certification Unit has recently denied our license renewal and supplied the reason as: "Currently works details for Cambridge Police Department."
There is no language in the governing statute for such a disqualification.
We are appealing.
